Wholesale Terms & Conditions

1. Order Minimums

• Initial wholesale order minimum: $150
• Reorder minimum: $100

2. Payment

• All wholesale orders must be paid in full before shipping
• We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and direct bank transfers (for larger orders)

3. Shipping

• Shipping fees are the responsibility of the retailer
• Orders ship within 3–5 business days after payment
• Tracking information will be emailed once the order is shipped

4. Returns & Damages

• Notify us of any damages within 7 days of delivery with photos
• Refunds or replacements are issued for damaged or incorrect items only
• We do not accept returns on unsold, opened, or used items

5. Resale Policy

• Products must be sold in original 7 Sips Tea packaging unless otherwise agreed
• Reselling on third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Etsy) is not permitted without written approval

6. Use of Brand Assets

• Approved retailers may use our product images, descriptions, and brand copy for marketing
• Brand assets must not be altered without permission

7. Pricing & MAP Policy

• Retailers must not advertise below our suggested retail pricing
• All discounts or promotions must be pre-approved

8. Agreement

By submitting a wholesale application or placing a wholesale order, you confirm that you are purchasing for resale and agree to abide by these terms and conditions
