  • Tea amount: 1 tsp per 8 oz water

  • Steep time: 2–4 minutes (you can re-steep up to 3 times)

Cold brewing GABA tea

What it offers: A smoother, naturally sweet flavor with almost no bitterness and a very low caffeine feel

How to do it:

  • Tea amount: 1–1.5 tsp per 8 oz cold water

  • Steep time: 8–12 hours in the fridge

  • Strain and enjoy over ice or straight from the bottle
