We believe there’s no wrong way to begin—whether you’re brand new to tea, a lifelong steeper, or someone who’s just tea-curious, you’re welcome here. Our online shop is built to feel like a friend who knows a lot about tea, but who's also interested to hear what you know

We specialize in hand-harvested Vietnamese teas that meet you where your at. Each tea comes with simple brewing guidance, and most can be enjoyed with whatever teaware you already have on hand (yes, even a mug works)

We’re here for your quiet mornings, your extravagant ceremonies, and everything in between. Got a question? Want a tea recommendation? Dreaming up something with us? Reach out, we love to hear from you

Personal roots and complimentary passions

We’re three friends with an excitement for tea

Ivan (on the beach) is the ideas guy; a professional tea drinker and discoverer of hidden gems. He's a steady source of positivity and momentum for our crew

Caroline (in the tree) is the creative type and embraces the many aspects of that expression. She's rooted in community and ceremony; though new to tea, she’s in a long-term relationship with plants

Then there’s Alexi (sending peace), who is enthusiastically committed to sourcing, education, and sharing. He's rapt by taste, aroma, and tradition, and happily exploring them all from his home base in Vietnam

Together, we balance curiosity with care, groundedness with levity as we meander about sharing tea with people like you!

Commitment to community and well-being

7 Sips began online, but we’re dreaming beyond the screen. Our vision includes a cozy teahouse in San Francisco—part sanctuary, part laboratory. A place to slow down, learn, laugh, listen, and sip together

We’re committed to honoring tradition while also making space for what’s next. We aim to blend story, science, fun, and spirit in hopes of creating something rooted in love and open to everyone

With each tea you try, you help this dream grow—from a seed to a full, vibrant canopy. Thanks for being a part of our journey
